Beware of False Gospels

Good day friends,
I feel an absolute responsibility to fully start calling out False gospels this year because this stuff has absolutely nothing to do with what Christ Jesus preached. If one really reflects and compares some of these gospels to the gospel of Jesus Christ, they would realize that these false gospels are actually more in line with what the Devil says.

Please fully listen to these, especially the second video because it explain what it mean to live like Christ, pretty much what the bible says.

Matthew 6:19-20 "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal."

Have a blessed day. Chizzy D

Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers-- Luke 6:44

By their fruit you will recognize them-- Matthew 7:16

"Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit."-- Matthew 12:33

Be blessed my sister, the false gospel teachers always be known by their fruits. We just have to continue praying for the body of Christ for the englughtenment of their understanding in order to hear the voice of Jesus when He speaks.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me-- John 10:27

Thank you for sharing, remained blessed.

Christainity is all about treating others the way you wish to be treated - with love and respect.
No matter how false prophets try to misinterprete the Bible, there's no-where we are told that to be wealthy is the ultimate blessing from God!
Nice post.

@naijamum....Christianity is about: "Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands i have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."Matthew 28:19-20...Thats our purpose on this earth...

you said: "No matter how false prophets try to misinterpret the Bible, there's no-where we are told that to be wealthy is the ultimate blessing from God"
me: they are preaching the ME gospel..how can i benefit from being a christian rather than, how can Christ be gloried through me.

thx for your comment.

This is a very interesting topic.
Thanx for sharing Chizzy. :)

I can't stand people that preach about money all the time. It makes me crinch. What ever happened to preaching about loving people, being kind and meek and all the other foundational truths in the word?

I believe that as the bible says in Matt 6:33, "We should seek the Kingdom of God first and all other things will be added unto us." That means that God should come first, our spiritual walk should come first, witnessing and saving souls should also come first, helping the needy and all those things should all come first and once you are doing all this, God may choose to add wealth to your life. There aint nothing wrong with that.

I agree with some of the things the man said but I also disagree with some, for example He says "Christianity is supposed to be about pain and sorrow." I don't think that's God plan for us all to be subjected to pain all the time although sometimes we may sometimes experience pain.

As the preacher in the video said, "It is not a sin to be rich." God said to Abraham, "I will bless you so that you can be a blessing." What did God mean when He said that to Abraham?
Solomon was given more riches by God than anyone else in the world. So getting money is not a bad thing in itself, it's up to us what we do with it whn we get it.

God does sometimes give people money so they can be a blessing to the kingdom but it's people who abuse the money because greed causes them to hoard it. We are supposed to be wealthy so that we can open orphanages, feed the poor, support missionaries coz all those things need money. How are you going to do any of those things if you can't even pay your own light bill?

I think that the problem is that people let things get out of balance and go in extreme ways.
You have those that think Christianity should be all about riches and then the other extreme is Christianity should be all about being poor.
Both are wrong as far as I am concerned coz the bible says in Deut 8:18 that God is the one who gives people the power to get wealth so that they can do good works with that wealth. Why would God give us this ability to produce wealth if He didn't want us to be wealthy?
The real problem in this issue here is greed and hoarding and that's why people are forgetting the things that matter like love, kindness, forgiveness.
I pray that whatever happens may God help us all to stay true to Him and pray for any that may be going astray.

@gospel girl, thx a bunch for your input...

You said: "..the bible says in Deut 8:18 that God is the one who gives people the power to get wealth so that they can do good works with that wealth. Why would God give us this ability to produce wealth if He didn't want us to be wealthy?"

Chizzy D: You and John Piper and essentially saying the same thing. Like Piper said, there is nothing wrong with having money, but there is something wrong with wanting to keep it. This pretty much summarizes what Jesus also said throughout the Bible.

You said: ..."I also disagree with some, for example He says "Christianity is supposed to be about pain and sorrow." I don't think that's God plan for us all to be subjected to pain all the time although sometimes we may sometimes experience pain."

Chizzy D: I agree with you. The Bible says there is a time for everything: Ecclesiastes 3.
I think Piper was saying that if you really lived for Christ, we would be persecuted.

“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.
—John 15:18-20

We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
—2 Corinthians 4:8-11

Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,
—2 Timothy 3:12

Thx so much causing me to think deeper and research.
