Master Cleanse Results

 Good day all,

I would like to start off by letting you know that i failed. I failed failed failed at my goal of doing the ten day Master Cleanse Detox. When i say i failed, what i really mean to say is that i was only able to do this thing for 3 full days( 72 hours). I'm still proud of my three day record though.

Why did I do Master Cleanse Detox
I have been struggling for a while now to go back to being a 100% (healthy)vegan. I really wanted to do something that would shock my body into craving to be feed super healthy foods. Did it work YES!! So i guess i really didn't fail after-all, since that was my reason for doing it anyway.

Results from my 3 day cleanse
Um, well the cleanse didn't do what i thought it would do, cough cough "cleanse" anything out of me the whole three days. This is another reason i stop at three days.
I lost 14 pounds (seriously!!!). In three days i lost 14 pounds, thats crazy stuff. I'm not a big girl so losing more than 14 pounds would not be healthy for me(another reason why i had to stop).

Conclusion
Because there was no "cleansing" going on, I don't think i will do this specific cleanse ever again. I'm glad i did it though because since i stopped (over a week now) i've successfully gotten back to my super healthy vegan ways(which is hard considering the region of the world i live in).

Have a blessed day.

A Stylish and Versatile blog

Good day all,
I've been awarded the stylish and versatile blog award by Naijamum, Gospel girl, and Jaycee. Thanks gals. So basically i'm suppose to write 7 things about myself, then invite others to do the same. I feel like this is a tad hard because this blog kinda covers alot of my interest, but here goes.

1. I'm scared of ALL animals. I'm not sure why, i think they are cute though.  I started this year by petting a dog so i'm progressing....lol.
2. I dislike writing and doing alot of reading, I would rather listen, think, and discuss. I am aware that this doesn't make sense especially since i have a blog. lol.
3. I am Nigerian. Most Nigerians never believe me when i tell them (opposite of Gospel girl's problem).
4. I love spending quality time with people.
5. I love being alone. Spending time alone, going out to eat alone, watching a movie by myself...etc. I just love spending time with myself. I think i value this because it re-energizes me.

6. I love being unique, outwardly and inwardly. I change my personal style alot and it's never "NORMAL." People often tell me (after they get to know me) that i am the opposite of what they originally thought i would be. (Way to judge!!!)
7. I question EVERYTHING seriously(thats how i came to Christ) and I am not a follower.

I am tagging my top commentator that have not already done this: 1. Enyonam; 2. Kimvan. Feel free to share about yourself also if i did not tag you.

Have a blessed day. Chizzy ;D

Master Cleanse Detox time (Your welcome to join me)

Good day guys,

So this week, starting from today Monday 01-17-11, i will be doing a ten day detox. I've been wanting to do the Master cleanse for quite a long time now.

What is Master Cleanse?

The Master Cleanse is a way to cleanse the body. The cleanse involves drinking only a concoction made from fresh lemons, grade B maple syrup and cayenne pepper, as well as herbal tea. No solid food is eaten for the entire cleanse.

You use this thing to squeeze out fresh lemons
My fav tea cup plus everything else i bought
For people in good health, the body is designed to eliminate normal everyday toxins from itself through the lungs, kidneys, liver, and other eliminator organs.

How it works:

  • The cleanse takes at least 10 days (up to 40 days, the period of time that Jesus fasted after his baptism, as Burroughs points out).
  • The only nourishment that you take is a special lemonade concoction made from the Master Cleanse ingredients: lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water, six to twelve glasses per day, each glass containing about 110 calories in sugar carbohydrates.
  • An herbal tea is drunk at night and a quart of salt water is drunk first thing in the morning, resulting in several liquid bowel movements every day — you need to always be near a toilet when you do this cleanse, and you need to stock up on toilet paper.(bhahahahhahaha)
  • You come off the cleanse by transitioning to solid food over a few days, ideally becoming a raw food vegetarian in Stanley Burroughs’ version of the cleanse.(Back to my vegan ways)
Grade B

 What you need:
  • Pure Filtered Water(I'm using regular tap water)
  • Grade B Organic Maple Syrup, Formaldehyde free(got it)
  • Organic Cayenne Pepper (got it)
  • Organic Lemons(got it)
  • Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Epsom Salt(bought some sea salt)
  • Decaf tea (I love me some Yogi <---click on me)

I'm gonna be watching some(funny) master cleanse vids(like the vid below) to give (keep) me motivated. I didn't buy any book, just researched.
My last meal: Sushi roll(yummy)

I'm gonna be taking my body measurements to see if there is any exterior changes as well.

Wish me luck!!!

Beware of False Gospels

Good day friends,
I feel an absolute responsibility to fully start calling out False gospels this year because this stuff has absolutely nothing to do with what Christ Jesus preached. If one really reflects and compares some of these gospels to the gospel of Jesus Christ, they would realize that these false gospels are actually more in line with what the Devil says.

Please fully listen to these, especially the second video because it explain what it mean to live like Christ, pretty much what the bible says.
